Insulation Bricks

Conventional Insulating bricks have moderately high compressive strength, low bulk density & low thermal conductivity. Because of its good energy efficiency, they are used in a variety of applications, both as Hot face (for back up linings in furnaces, heaters, ducting, etc.) and as Cold face. These bricks are made by sintering high quality clay under high temperature. The lower the bulk density of insulation bricks, the better the thermal insulation performance. Insulation bricks can reduce heat loss in the kiln, save energy, and extend the life of thermal equipments.
